Our History, Our Passion
Since 1946. It was at the close of WWII, when Floyd Ruch founded PSI to help our returning servicemen find the best jobs where they could excel. As the author of Psychology and Life (one of the most seminal books in psychology, now in its 20th edition) and one of the original presidents of SIOP, Dr. Ruch designed many of the processes that form the basis of modern selection.
Today, as a firm of 1,500 Industrial Psychology Ph.D.s, Psychometricians, IT Developers, Consultants, and Assessment Professionals, we deliver 2.5 million assessments annually to 2,500 clients, with just one goal – at PSI, we provide exceptionally accurate assessments that empower organizations to select those individuals best suited to excel on the job. We deliver these processes in a manner that has, and continues to successfully withstand, the most stringent legal scrutiny. All of our processes are easy to use and specifically designed to reduce your administrative burden. We leverage the latest technologies to offer your candidates a uniquely engaging and interactive experience.
– Over 70 years later, we think Floyd Ruch would be proud.
